This can, to some extent, avoid the problem of screen hole blockage and improve screening efficiency. Third, prevent iron from mixing and strengthen iron removal during dolomite treatment. Machine wear will lead to an increase in iron content in dolomite materials, so it is necessary to reduce the amount of mechanical iron in dolomite products.
The reasonable particle size composition of dolomite is also necessary. Reasonable composition is beneficial not only to the mixing of the mixture, but also to the melting efficiency. Dolomite with large granularity hinders the decomposition of carbonate and the formation of carbonate compound salts. However, if the dolomite granularity is too small, it will reduce the reaction rate of silicate. Small particles produce many bubbles at the initial stage of melting, which makes it difficult for thermal radiation to enter the molten glass.
